About Thomas Haschberger

After my education as Telecommunications Engineer I started my career in the development department of Frequentis, an international supplier of communication and information systems to two core markets: air traffic management and public safety & transport. During my complementary studies of Business Administration I worked as a software engineer and later development project manager in the voice communication systems development. In 2009 I was first appointed the Technical Director, and after one year, the CEO of 3T Communications – a TETRA radio business spin-off from Frequentis. Under my leadership the growing business was expanded successfully into international markets, which led Sepura to acquire 3T in 2012. The following years I focused on international business development of System & Solution Sales within Sepura.I re-joined Frequentis in 2014, assuming the position of Regional Operations Manager North America and chairman of the Frequentis USA board. Together with the teams in Vienna, USA and Canada, my focus was on further growth and strategic market positioning. In 2016 I took over Frequentis Group Technology Management. Recently being appointed VP Technology I am now responsible for the central management of all technical development within the Frequentis Group.
