With a lifetime of working and living in the field, I have built my reputation and my philosophy on taking care of my customers and my sales team members. Being an authentic leader means my team knows I will stand for them, be with them, and support them to ensure their success. This philosophy carries over to my attitude and approach with customers. When they know that you are there for them and with them, then a trust is built that extends well beyond the details on a piece of paper and instead is part of the character and authenticity of my own reputation. I understand that when my customer’s make a buying decision, they are not only putting their trust in me for the future of their company and their data, but they are also making a decision to trust me with their career. Because they know I will stand by them and for that, they trust and believe in me as I believe in them. I have a passion for mentoring and coaching. Throughout my career I have had some great mentors who guided me along my career path. Advice given to me was to understand how to focus on what is important, whether how I work with a customer or a partner or how I conduct myself as a professional. This advice and view are something I continue to share with those who I am privileged to lead. I believe in taking the time to work with individuals to help them find the path to achieve their own aspirational goals.
