About Thomas Holm

I have always been interested in architecture and real estate business. At the same time, I have been convinced that there is much to develop and improve in the housing industry. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to do just that and be able to use my previous experience in sales, marketing and implementation of new visual communication technology. Husverket is a housing supplier that has a strong vision for the future and wants to create a paradigm shift in the housing industry. We want to be able to inspire you and visualize your house dreams with the latest technology. Our goal is to facilitate the entire construction process and create a security regarding costs and a total responsibility for your upcoming house project. Stern Fastigheter AB is the company that is the perfect partner if you want to exploit your land and need an actor who can offer a simple and flexible overall solution. For the past 25 years I have worked with sales in all its forms. There have been both products such as Laparoscopy instruments for cancer surgery and UC and Video Services to spread specialist expertise and save time, money and protect the environment. I also have long experience in building business to business sales, sales management and start-up and development of companies.
