About Thomas Hooper

Currently working as an software engineer at Northrop Grumman supporting the IBCS program. I help design and develop frameworks and toolkits used used by various groups developing user interfaces for the program. I also support domain modeling and requirements review. Previous projects include Identity Management and portal solutions.Typically, I am tasked with new development/design activities as I enjoy being part of a project from inception to completion, participating in its entire life-cycle. I find discovering and utilizing new technologies and methods one of the most rewarding aspects of my career and often volunteer for projects that provide an opportunity for me to interact with these new technologies.Problem diagnoses and resolution is also one of my stronger aspects. I am often capable of rapidly diagnosing and troubleshooting problems in live environments, even in systems that I have little prior experience with.I enjoying seeking out challenges, new technologies and new ideas.I have been awarded the IBCS Outstanding Performance Coin and Jacob Technology's GM Coin of Excellence for work on LOGSA's Portal and IDMS.
