Senior Project Lead NPC Head of POC Manufacturing - Responsible for leading POC Assay Production, including the production of test strips for the portfolio of Urine, Accutrend, Coagulation, Cardiac, Glucose-Monitoring (Pulse), and PSC, over the complete value stream from compounding, assembly, and primary packaging- POC Assay Production has up to 150 employees in six different production teams and two support teams, combining a large number of technologies, processes, and assets- Defending the department in audits and inspections to preserve the right to operate- Guarantee quality and market supply-Constantly striving to improve processes for cost efficiency- Multiple projects (e.g, Cobas Pulse, HIP) are executed or supported simultaneously- An important part in the early phase was driving a realignment/change process to clarify responsibilities and roles, resulting in the formation of a matrix-driven structure with clear responsibilities and the implementation of a new process support team to enable optimal backup for production teams- In this process, a KPI-based management system was implemented, and the cost efficiency was improved to profitability.
