A highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has recently completed a Bsc Hons Degree in Business Marketing at Ulster University, achieving an overall 2:2. I also hold a full UK driving license. I have a wealth of experience working with and dealing with customers, both face to face and through telephone calls, allowing me to demonstrate customer service skills. I am a punctual and reliable person and I can work in both a team and by myself. I am a friendly person and I am very enthusiastic about any tasks that I have been set. I also have good experience with using Microsoft Office, throughout school, university and on work placement. WordPress experience, including adding and removing products onto an online store > Scheduling deliveries and storing delivery, carrying out daily stock checks to ensure that we had all the necessary items needed for the various jobs that were scheduled. I also have some experience with using Google Analytics.> Experience working to a busy schedule and under pressure with deadlines.> Experience with Canva & PhotoJet – These programs were used to create Facebook and Twitter images, attached to the various posts that were being sent out at certain times. I also have experience using Photoshop for these designs.> Secretarial experience > Experience with booking appointments and also CRM experience.> Email marketing – using software such as Survey Monkey and MailChimp – which was linked to the CRM database that we used, this allowed me to send out monthly newsletter, flyers detailing the products that we had to offer, and also any special offers that were running at the time.
