I am a Senior Enlisted Ranger leader with 21 years of military Special Operations’ leadership who believes in the importance of positive impact. I deliver audacious advocacy as an intentional leader to help improve businesses by developing people and making intentional decisions. I have led and managed large teams, coordinated cross-functional efforts, and consistently achieved mission objectives. My mission is to change lives and get results by weathering the early storm for long-term greatness. I truly believe that if someone strives every day to positively impact two other lives every day, their impact on the world becomes exponential. Positively impacting an other person's life encourages them to do the same, a person's ability to impact the world through improving 5,336,710 after dedicating themselves to positivity for a month's time. I posses a comprehensive background in operations management, program analysis, logistics, strategic planning, process improvement, resource management, team building, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership derived from conducting domestic and global operations.
