About Thomas Iris

I have been an experienced designer of digital interfaces and products for over 12 years. Project manager or expert consultant on many missions, I have always favored action, innovation and curiosity as a freelancer. I work in very different contexts and have regular collaborations with many teams at Orange, Airbus, Alstom, INSEE, AG2R, CNRS, Leclerc, the French National Library, and other smaller organizations. Finally, I consider myself as a "field designer", which means that I like action, interrogating motivations and strategies, meeting users to understand them, designing and testing solutions in real-life situations, and encouraging teams to put people and their uses at the center of the project. In parallel to my studies and my professional activity, I was a high-level international sportsman in Basque pelota for nearly twenty years, with several world championship titles. I use this background on a daily basis with the teams I work with: the desire to progress, to be involved, to be demanding while being enthusiastic, and above all not to forget the pleasure of sharing successes!
