About Thomas J. Bregar

Tom has over 25 years of experience in providing business-driven Information Technology solutions to a variety of industries including utilities, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, banking, and high technology. Tom is currently a Project Executive at IBM, in the Software Migration Professional Services Business Unit. Prior he was a Senior Software Development Manager in the IBM Watson Health Division. Tom was a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation where his focus was implementing and enhancing Content Management Systems supporting Sales Asset Management applications. He was with Oracle for 11+ years. Additionally, Tom spent 10 years at the Big Four Professional Services Firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), in IT Management Consulting, implementing large scale enterprise systems, as well as providing strategic IT direction for PwC clients. Tom's leadership roles include leading and providing both strategic and tactical direction for a 400+ person IT environment with an annual budget of $110 million, as well as a change agent and "turnaround and recovery specialist" for IT organizations and IT programs and projects. Tom holds a B.S. degree in Applied Science from Miami University, and a M.S. degree in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University.
