About Thomas Joly

Currently a student at EMLV, I am actively seeking a company for a 2-year apprenticeship in the field of Human Resources to complement my master's degree in Digital HR starting from September 2024. The program involves a schedule of 3 weeks in the company and 1 week at the school.As a business school student, I have gained new knowledge in areas such as intercultural management, basics of negotiation, as well as ethics & CSR. My studies have allowed me to develop skills in teamwork, autonomy, communication, and analysis. These skills have proven valuable in successfully completing my previous assignments.I aim to leverage my experience as a Managing Agent at Nicolas and my involvement in the UNAFTC association. In my role as a Managing Agent at Nicolas, I held a versatile position where I took on all responsibilities, from inventory management to customer satisfaction. Despite working independently, this experience allowed me to develop autonomous skills, particularly in operational management, decision-making, and problem-solving, highlighting my initiative.Furthermore, my involvement in a volunteer project with the UNAFTC has showcased my human qualities. Working on assisting individuals with traumatic brain injuries, this experience has strengthened my sensitivity to individual needs and my ability to collaborate effectively within a group.
