Throughout my career I have been successful in providing program/project management and consulting services, identifying organizational needs and leading the development and implementation of industry-specific technologies to improve productivity, quality, operating performance, and profitability while continuously looking for ways to reduce costs.During my career, I have routinely faced many great challenges and the need to evaluate and cost analyze a large multitude of diverse programs and their viability as a cost effective solution to meet an organization’s operating requirements. I have ensured that all program and project deliverables aligned to meet corporate goals and objectives; had clearly defined project charters, scope and deliverables; developed and monitored project metrics; performed financial forecasting and analysis; implemented change management; and managed risks.My technological and management talents are complemented by my strong, dedicated work ethic needed to successfully deliver high-visibility programs and projects; leadership, excellent communication skills, strong training and customer service skills.
