Since 2017, I work as an interim team manager and project manager, doing challenging projects for multiple companies throughout Germany. Multiple projects allowed me to work with industry leaders like Amadeus, Bisnode, BMW, Engie, Mercedes-Benz and VW - and to learn and grow every day! In the 20+ years I have been working in IT and marketing companies, I saw myself as the interface between engineers and the business: I understand most of what the talented IT people I worked with say - and I can translate it into human language, understandable to everyone. And vice verse. This reduces friction and helps to get things done quickly and efficently.
