About Thomas Kiler

Tom Kiler has nearly two decades of experience in retail real estate. From acquisition, design and entitlement to leasing, construction and operations, Kiler has led millions of square feet of mixed-use development and asset repositioning projects across the U.S. Most recently, in Denver, Kiler led the acquisition and re-positioning of over $100 million of properties across square feet within the RiNo neighborhood. Kiler served as managing director of the western region for EDENS – a $6.5 billion private retail REIT – where he led a 20-person team in the transformation of a $1 billion, 22-property portfolio spanning Denver, Houston, Dallas and Austin. Nationally, the team executed over $60 million of redevelopment across square feet. Kiler also previously oversaw development activities at EDENS 31-acre, 2 million-square-foot Mosaic project in Fairfax, Virginia. Kiler and his team transformed the community from a dilapidated movie theater, salvage yards and parking lots into walkable streets, parks, an arthouse movie theater, local restaurants and shops, a boutique hotel, tech office and housing for +1,200 residents.
