As practice manager for Innova Emergency Medical Associates, P.C, and previously with Children's Hospital Colorado Department of Emergency Medicine, I leverage my MS in Finance and eight years of experience in healthcare operations and management to optimize performance and profitability of the organization while ensuring patient access and exceptional care. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, managing the budget and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. I am passionate about developing and empowering my team, providing regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching to enhance their skills and competencies. I also collaborate directly with senior leadership, physicians, and myriad external partners to align the practice's strategic goals and vision with the needs and expectations of the patients and stakeholders. My mission is to deliver access to high-quality and efficient emergency medical services that improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
