I ensure ongoing control of finances, liquidity, hedging and the dissemination of valid data: With me as CFO, cash management and hedging are always in place. I make sure that we always have timely and valid reported data in the form of internal and external interim accounts/budgets, etc, across the corporate structure together with project budgeting/accounting, KPIs, etc. I take pride in communicating the reported data to the CEO and the rest of management, as well as the project/customer managers in an accessible and understandable manner. I have a proactive focus on business development – both as CFO + CVO (Chief Value Officer): I take an active part in strategy and business development from a financial perspective. As a confidential sparring partner and trusted advisor for the CEO and management, I make sure that data can be delivered “pronto” through continuous optimisation of resources and the development/implementation of system automations and dashboards, etc. I see myself as a CVO (Chief Value Officer) by using the resources to look ahead and help develop the business while I am the watchdog (CFO) who has control of the finances. I focus on human resources, culture, cooperation, business processes: As a person, I am naturally present and visible in the company, both because it is important and because I like it. I participate actively in both day-to-day and staff events and contribute consciously to the development of cooperation and culture. I will help develop a good and efficient working environment where everyone looks forward to going to work. I will contribute to ensuring that the overall strategy is disseminated throughout the organisation and through dialogue contribute to the employees thinking and acting profitably in accordance with the overall vision.
