As a Volunteer Support Technician at Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), I apply my 20 years of leadership experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate to support the mission of ESGR and its volunteers. ESGR is a Department of Defense program that assists service members and employers with their rights and responsibilities under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). I am responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on the activities and outcomes of ESGR programs and services.
