About Thomas Krane

Broad managerial exposure with over 30 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Consulting and Project Management. This atypical multi-departmental knowledge, together with New Product Development & Process & PMP certificates give me a sound base for helping ALIAXIS win at NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT. My passion is to help improve New Product Development within companies. This includes the assessment of innovation & technology strategies, auditing existing processes, designing and implementing idea-to-launch innovation processes, setting up new product portfolio analysis review, and working on innovation culture, leadership and setting up cross-functional project teams, as well as keeping the front end of innovation full of good ideas. I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills by managing, motivating and coaching (cross functional) team members. I am self motivated, demanding, dedicated to achieve results, experienced to work within companies in transition/restructuring, always open to explore new opportunities. I am challenger of the status quo, eager to learn, easily accessible, driven with a ‘can do’ enthusiastic attitude.
