In each role, I proved my value in a variety of successfully completed assignments and developed skills in business development, supply-chain management, Retail Space Management, and people management: • : I transformed a family business that was on the verge of bankruptcy into a leading B2B distributor of filtration products for heavy-duty industry and top 10 European distributor for the leading brand. Converted it into a sustainably growing business model that became a dominant player in the country. • : I transformed a small local distribution warehouse into a central distribution warehouse for a network of 45 resellers spread across Czech and Slovak Republics. • : I spent 5 years in leading category reinventions projects of different levels for P&G at leading retailers in Belgium and Luxembourg. I used my in-depth knowledge and understanding of Shopper Insights and industry standard assortment assessment to influence outcome and improve revenues and margins. • : I am a passionate about coaching individuals and leading teams. I have led internal courses (JDA ProSpace and Shelving Principles in Belgium and at European HQ) and external training sessions at retailers in Shopper psychology.
