About Thomas Krogh

I have 30+ years of experience from a variety of electronics and software companies - mainly within the defence/intelligence/public security, marine and energy industry. I have managed developers and development, as well as projects and products/portfolios. I have supported, and negotiated with, subcontractors, distributors, agents, partners and end-users - Defence Entities, LEAs and Intelligence agencies - world-wide. I have worked with IMINT, COMINT and SIGINT at both strategic and tactical levels. I have been involved in CALEA and ETSI projects, as well as mass monitoring and data retention projects for NGN/packet- and circuit switched networks. I have worked with COIN and counterterror tasks, and have sold - and supported - both at "component level" for OEM users and at "turn-key solution" level for end-users. Other areas of expertise include SAFe, SCRUM, transnational projects (including European Union financed R&D projects), budgetting, contract law and negotiations, writing proposals and business cases, risk management, industrial automation (including SCADA systems and GAMP engineering for the pharmaceutical industry), audio/video processing and analytics and GIS/situation awareness solutions for intel, marine, naval and land-based operations. My current focus is secure integration solutions for marine automation.
