As a teacher and problem-solver, I have a keen interest in working to produce learning and development solutions that create the interest and desire for people to succeed in their role. I do this by forging great working relationships across departments to assess training needs, designing curriculum that meets those needs, and maintaining reporting and relevancy to keep training practices up-to-date. My overall goal is to increase the fruitfulness of the people around me, which can best be accomplished when we assess needs, designing and develop the best solutions, and implement a first-class experience to enhance lives of those around us.
