Proven leader with over 15 years of high-risk tactical and operational management experience in multiple programs across different disciplines. I have a knack for transparent communication across all levels of management, assessing situations and developing specific solutions, amplifying individual and organizational strengths, fostering teamwork, and have 10+ years of global experience managing multi-cultural teams and projects under stressful and challenging situations in austere locations. The genesis of most of my greatest achievements have been identifying problems and creating solutions. I helped coordinate the first multi-agency nuclear weapon accident/incident technical exchange on the West Coast between the US Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Custodial Unit, Department of Energy Accident Response Group, and multiple national laboratories in order to standardize and improve on tools and procedures across all agencies. I have developed two multi-cultural teams navigating language and cultural differences simply through respect and fostering a unified goal that all could understand and believe in. Utilized available intelligence to identify gaps in mitigating emerging threats and developed tactics, procedures, and solutions for logistical shortfalls. I take great pride in all I do and look for any opportunity to improve upon my team. I am a firm believer in mentoring and simply helping others both in work life and my personal life.
