I am a Global Program Manager dedicated to ensuring the success of my customers with Veeva products. My core focus is bringing together cross-departmental, cross-product, and cross-region industry best practices and help clients correctly scope projects and achieve their business objectives. I also serve as a key escalation point, ensuring that critical issues get the attention they need to be resolved efficiently. My career began in the pharmaceutical industry during my internships at 16 years old, where I gained foundational experience in segmentation and fieldwork. This led me to Veeva, where I started as an associate consultant, specializing in the configuration of Veeva Network and OpenData. I quickly advanced into a solution architect role, developing a deep understanding of the broader Veeva commercial ecosystem. This experience, combined with a growing expertise in project management, paved the way for my current position. Over my nearly seven years at Veeva, I've had the privilege of contributing to over 40 different implementations. I’ve taken on various roles, supporting a wide range of customers, from pre-commercial startups to some of the largest, most established pharmaceutical companies in the industry.
