About Thomas Laughlin

Leadership, teamwork and communication skills are three characteristics that were instilled in me at a very young age. Through serving as Patrol Leader and Assistant Senior Leader as well as earning the rank of Eagle Scout in my troop with the Boy Scouts of America, to my terms as captain of multiple varsity sports teams in high school, I established my leadership style as one that is structured, organized and encouraging. During College I continued to develop these skills by joining Kappa Sigma Fraternity and taking on a leadership role. Beyond school and my fraternity, I worked as a referee at UT RecSports department and within the first year was soon after promoted to Supervisor where I have continued to invest in the personal and professional growth of my peers. My objective is to use my experiences and developed skill set to promote efficient teamwork, productivity, logistical reasoning, and diversity inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
