I am Full Professor at IESEG School of Management. I am in charge of courses specialized in Digital Marketing. I received my PhD in 2017 from the Louvain School of Management (UCL, Mons, Belgium). My research interests relate to product innovation, service management and digital marketing. My works mainly concern topics related to value co-creation, customer engagement and gamification. My research projects are regularly presented in international conferences and receive prestigious awards.
