Based on international hands-on experience in sales, marketing, market access and +10 years in general management roles, I can look back on >20 successful product launches and look forward with curiosity to the ones to come. The span of responsibilities ranges from local, regional to central roles in Europe, Africa, Türkiye and the Middle East, including multiple successful full-family expatriations. I have been achieving and overachieving my business objectives in regulated/de-regulated as well as in emerging/mature markets running affiliate/distributor models. My style of working is deeply rooted in un-compromised customer orientation, focus on quality, trust and reliable delivery of results. I truly do believe in performance management and reaching top results via leveraging human resource as the most precious resource and key to success.
