Business is people.” This quote from one of my mentors in my early career perfectly describes my attitude and is what drives me every day. It is the pleasure, enthusiasm and passion I have, working with such an outstanding team, with so many phenomenal distributors and partners, and in such a great industry. An industry where a handshake agreement is often worth more than any written contract, where honesty, loyalty and integrity often count more than just short term profit and success, and where so many people value and strive for long-lasting relations between people - across borders, across cultures and across mentalities. Because there is something stronger that connects all of us. Having being involved in national and international business for over 20 years, I understand the importance of building trust and long-lasting, mutually successful relationships. Building trust with a person and an understanding of each other and for each other is impossible without seeing the world that the person lives in. “Go the extra mile - it’s never crowded there.” (Dr. Wayne Dyer) No matter if riding my cross-bicycle or working with customers and partners, I rarely stop before having accomplished or exceeded a goal.
