Currently serving as a Coach and Mentor to software and product leaders, my career-long success is built on deep hands-on expertise in software product delivery, project and programme management, internet software architecture, agile methodologies and digital transformation. As a senior business leader or as an Independent Consultant, I have led product deliveries, multi-supplier agile programmes, and mentored IT leadership and their teams. Organisations I have helped include 66°North, Moixa Technology (a Luna Energy acquisition), Hive Active Heating for British Gas Connected Homes, the UK’s National Air Traffic Service, O2 Téléfonica, AutoTrader, VISA Wallet, the Scottish Government, Fidelity Wealth Management, BP, the NHS, and others.
