In late 2017, I left BNP Paribas and launched Layton Road Group, LLC with the belief that there was a better way to offer traditional capital introduction services to alternative investment managers, institutional investors and prime brokerage divisions within investment banks. On January 2, 2018, my belief became a reality, as Layton Road Group officially became the outsourced capital introduction provider for BNP Paribas Prime Brokerage Inc. As a 10-year veteran of BNP Paribas, where I most recently served as the Global Head of Capital Introduction and formerly, Deputy Head of Prime Brokerage Sales, I will leverage almost 30 years of prime brokerage experience to provide a meaningful and impactful menu of capital services to Alternative Investment Managers, Institutional Investors and other Investment Banks. Layton Road’s offering includes: capital introduction, placement agent services, targeted events and novel outsourced solutions for the prime brokerage and financial services industry. Today, Layton Road Group consists of seven professionals situated in multiple geographies (NY, NJ, ILL, TX and CA) with diverse capital markets, asset management, business development and capital raising experience. The team is engaged in thoughtful and consultative interactions with various constituents in the alternative investment management industry.
