I also hold both CRISC and CISA certifications. I have several years of experience within the financial industry. This has given me a vast insight in different tasks and challenges within the IT-domain, security & risk management and also large projects. My experience allows me to translate business and security needs to into requirements - for all kinds of industries. I regard quality as one of the most important things in my work and I have high work ethics. I am able to inspire my peers and lead a team by clearly communicating my views and visions and expand these into both business and technological dimensions. I cope well with acronyms such as IAM, ISMS, SOA, COBIT and ISO27002 just to mention a few. Although I strive to be in a position where I can look beyond pure technology, I do know my way around a thing or two. I like modern tools whenever they are suitable, but a tool is nothing but a tool until it is put to good use. A combination of great people and good tools will often compensate for a few superior skills. I have managed multi-national teams and I have several years of experience in multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder projects, both as a vendor/consultant and a stakeholder. I have experience in public appearances on a range of topics in three languages. In the future I look forward to building my company into a melting pot of mad skillz and talent within IT security and risk management, SecOps, Software Development Life Cycle security, audit processes (and auditing processes) and Security Quality.
