Leads the implementation of the Altera Platforms,which is an enterprise-wide hospital system that drives automated workflow, intelligent communications, and real-time visibility to critical operating, performance, and status information. Partners with hospital IT section for interoperability with existing ADT/HIS environments, which optimizes the planned movement and placement of patients to appropriate beds, manages and monitors multiple service delivery processes such as bed-turnover and transportation, and provides rich operating performance information via interactive reports. Leads our team for installing product modules that encompass the Patient Flow Platform – Bed Management, Bed-Turnover, Transport, Care Visibility and Performance Reporting – my leadership resulted in increased hospital productivity, drives greater efficiency, and increases accessible capacity in daily hospital operations. I have installed this application at 12 hospitals. Based on excellent leadership and organization skills, I was selected to install at 4 key facilities and requested to build a process to reduce our implementation time (based on hospital needs). New process install time cut to four months from normal 6-8 month cycle. This was completed without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
