Leading with a global perspective, Thomas provides valuable insights toward program success that ensure durable, responsive, and innovative solutions for the most challenging and complex work. His experience spans the globe, and he has delivered some of the firm’s largest and most important work, including Federal work for State, Defense, and associated agencies. As Senior Principal in Page’s Washington DC office, he develops talented teams with deep knowledge of program level challenges and constraints, who develop innovative design solutions leading to enduring and successful projects. He approaches design from the systems level, understanding that each decision and component to a building should achieve multiple positive impacts: integrating systems towards sustainable and resilient solutions. Thomas effectively manages geographically and professionally diverse teams to meet his clients’ needs for complex, large-scale, multi-phased design projects. Thomas joined Page in 1997, and has worked in the Houston and Washington, DC offices. Thomas leads the firm’s Federal group and has developed a team with expertise in delivering embassy work for the U.S. Department of State. He manages a program that has delivered successful work on six continents and across more than 40 countries. Most importantly, these projects have delivered platforms for enduring U.S. diplomacy supporting critical alliances across the world. Additionally, the group has delivered facilities that project the formidable force capabilities and humanitarian interests of the American people.
