I'm enjoying my new challenge. I'm accustomed to managing work in hazardous industrial atmospheres and of late, commercial construction; and have supervised the operation and maintenance at two power plant and dam facilities. I readily embrace responsibility and enforce safety protocols. I have intimate knowledge and experience within electric power generation and flood risk management, industrial and construction safety, management of resources and people, and inter-agency coordination. I understand how to communicate with all people (leadership, employees, colleagues, government agencies, elected officials, stakeholders, and the media). I am accustomed to working in time sensitive and result oriented atmospheres. I have performed or coordinated hundreds of equipment and safety inspections, abnormal operations, repairs, and flood management procedures. This work molded me to understand and embrace the need to complete work and projects on time and to specified performance levels while prioritizing a team effort. I am a credible, effective, and zealous liaison for and between electric power generation, construction management, safety, flood risk management, stakeholders, and other interested parties. I am determined to lean forward into new challenges.
