As Head of Nordic Business Operations at Euronext Securities and part of the Eexecutive Management Group in both Copenhagen and Oslo, I lead and coordinate operational strategy across the Nordic region. My work spans governance, performance improvement, process optimization, and data-driven transformation within a high-stakes financial environment. I bring a dual background: deep experience in internal audit and consulting (Deloitte, Société Générale, Kepler Cheuvreux) and hands-on leadership in complex multi-juridictional operational structures.
