I am an experienced International Baccalaureate Biology educator with over 20 years’ experience across leading international schools in Asia and the UK. My specialism lies in IBDP Biology, MYP Science, and IGCSE Biology, with a deep commitment to student-centred, holistic learning and evidence-informed teaching. Guided by the IB Learner Profile, I help students move from simplicity to complexity - building the curiosity, rigour, and confidence needed to succeed in both exams and life. My teaching draws on Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction and current educational research to make complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging. Beyond the classroom, I have held leadership roles as Pastoral Year Leader, House Leader, International Award Coordinator, and Assistant OFSTED Inspector.
