About Thomas Misslin

Organizational life-how people collaborate, build relationships, trust each other, perform together and find meaning through it all-is an aspect of competitiveness which has gained both currency and momentum in the past decades; first in the United States and then in the world at large. In a fast-changing world, the ability of an organization to adapt when it needs to, to shape the environment when it can, and to learn always and every day is increasingly recognized as a competitive advantage: it is durable (as it is embedded in everyone's mind), competitors can't duplicate it overnight (it takes years and more than a fair share of commitment to achieve) and it sustains higher performance. It is where managerial & leadership culture is understood to be a core and precious asset worth investing in that I feel I can contribute the most: it is at this juncture that my intrinsic motivation, energy, curiosity, creativty and +15-years' experience managing Executive Education teams/projects may be brought to bear in organizations in search of higher performance through teamwork and effective/humane management; always anchored both in solid theory (academic validation), neuroscience and experience.
