I'm an IT Administrator and Cybersecurity Master's Student at The University of Tulsa. I blend real-world systems experience with advanced academic training in network defense, secure systems design, and governance frameworks. My IT experience spans infrastructure support, endpoint protections across hybrid environments, identity and access management (IAM), technical support, and infrastructure administration across cloud and on-prem environments. I've had strategic participation in several Microsoft 365 migrations, optimized onboarding and offboarding workflows, and supported 500+ users with system reliability, security, and uptime top of mind. I make it a top priority to optimize internal IT infrastructure for greater productivity and assist with company compliance. As I pursue my CISSP certification, I'm sharpening my skills in vulnerability management, secure configurations, and security operations. I thrive in high responsibility environments, bring calm and steady leadership under pressure, and believe that the best tech professionals are teachers at heart. I believe in building secure systems that support people - not just processes.
