Mr. Moreno's duties include attending legal meetings, depositions, and appearing in trial as an expert witness. Duties include all construction defect consulting tasks/construction senior project management/consultant particularly issues relating to property structure issues including moisture intrusion, fenestration, structural damage, and structural failure. Mr. Moreno is currently working with legal teams (Lawyers, legal support, and opposing experts) to inspect sites, generate the scope of repairs, estimate the costs of repairs, and settle the construction defect loss. His duties include inspecting all types of developments for construction defect(s), supervising construction crews, preparing bid packages, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, contracts, sub-contracts, cost reports, Insurance, and damage property loss analysis and estimating (proprietary & CSI), construction defect recognition, construction inspections, report generation, and detailed cost analysis. Mr. Moreno is also considered an expert at change order management including RFI and RFP generation. These endeavors leverage his experience and are demonstrated in his skill in supervising large crews, estimating, and scheduling all types of civil and private construction projects. His complete project skill set includes construction defect tasks (inspection, documenting, report generation, and participating in settlement conferences. Mr. Moreno also includes project management and supervision of construction crews across all trades making him uniquely qualified within the commercial, hospitality, FF & E, design, multi-unit residential, low-income housing, and supervision of small and large construction and update projects. His construction experience includes all types of construction, and his engagements related to this client base have been directed at senior project management project engineer, owners’ representation, cost estimating, CPM scheduling (including cash flow analysis), milestone maintenance, project management of multiple projects concurrently, contracts, Insurance property loss analysis and estimating (Xactimate & CSI) construction defect identification, construction inspections, report generation, and detailed cost analysis. These endeavors leverage his experience and are demonstrated in his skill in supervising multiple projects concurrently, estimating, scheduling, and supervising all types of civil and private construction projects specializing in the hospitality industry as it relates to owners’ representation.
