As an ERP & CRM Expert for the contact center at DIVALTO, I advise prospects on our solutions and create business opportunities for our sales team. I leverage my customer success skills and technical knowledge to provide high-quality service and support to our potential clients. Prior to joining DIVALTO, I gained valuable experience in customer relations and technical support in the SaaS and audio industries. I handled user requests for the online HR platform Troops.fr, and assisted customers and partners with technical and logistical issues for the luxury audio company Devialet. I also developed my soft skills and methodology as a trainer for BlueLink Group, where I trained new recruits and active agents on the technical and operational aspects of the job, created support documents and training structures, and evaluated agent progress and advised management. Additionally, I pursued my passion for photography and visual arts as a freelance cinematographer, working on various projects and collaborating with interesting people. I have a strong interest in learning new languages and cultures, and I completed a language course at EF International Language Campuses in 2018.
