Currently Acting Operations Manager at a Renewable energy, CSP plant. Previously employed by ESKOM at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station as Head of Radioactive Waste Management. Other positions are Senior Engineering Assistant (Supervisor) in the Radioactive Waste Management Section and Principal Chemical Plant Operator in the Chemistry Group. Currently Operations Shift Manager at Renewable Energy CSP. Also Control Room Operator and Plant Supervisor During Solar Tower commissioning and operational start-up. Instrumental in the design and development of training material and in learning facilitation and assessment of current and new employees. The role of Corrective Action Programme co-ordinator is also a key functional output. I have many years’ laboratory, supervisory- and management, training- and operating experience. In addition, also a certified Learning Facilitator and Assessor.
