I have over 25 years of experience in engineering, technology management, marketing, and product launches, leading to profitable growth in various industries and markets. I have an MBA degree from TAPMI and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. I also speak French and have skills in Quality Management, Customer Support, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). My core competencies include conceptualizing and creating technology products from ideation to market launch, implementing value pricing and game-changing product strategies, and establishing multi-skilled high performance teams and competencies. I have substantial multi-functional and multi-cultural experience, with successful global business experience and strong cross-regional and cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills. I am a team builder, with the ability to create, inspire, and lead teams to sustainable success. I am also a customer-focused leader, with a focus on quality management, customer issues resolution, and customer relationship management, and have established quality systems and implemented RCA and CAPA as a Director of Customer Care.
