About Thomas Nicolai

As cliche as it may seem, I really enjoy helping people, both in customer service and in behavioral health. I know how frustrating it can be to be on the receiving end of poor service, and no matter where I'm working, I prefer to put the client or customer first. It's not difficult to be friendly, and I've seen in lead to long-term, regular customers who returned to my store, not because we had better prices or better selections than others, but because of the shared respect and the positive interaction they knew they would experience with one or more employees.I have a great work ethic and enjoy being detail-oriented, and I often seek to become as efficient as possible so that I can perform better each day. I enjoy learning, and though I make mistakes, I'm always learning from them, allowing me to discover better-quality problems and make better-quality mistakes, thus creating a cycle which can only lead to greater understanding and ability.
