A property litigator at Dentons, I regularly advise on a range of both commercial and high-end residential matters acting for landowners, landlords, developers, house builders, investors, corporate tenants, retailers and those in the transport industry. My work includes acting in relation to and advising on development issues, landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals, rent reviews, possession and forfeiture claims, easement and covenant disputes, complex leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, matters involving tenants' rights of first refusal, tenant default, party wall disputes, service charge disputes, dilapidations disputes, property-related insolvency matters and professional negligence in the property context. Experienced in acting for clients in high-value, large-scale and complex litigation. More importantly, I have lots of experience in providing pre-emptive advice to clients on how to avoid litigation. I regularly advise and assist clients in development projects and in general portfolio management. When not working, I enjoy spending time at home with family, long dog walks (the best of which end in a good country pub), exploring new places and watching any form of sport.
