About Thomas Obrien

The Health and Wellbeing industry is something that I’m very passionate about because I believe it is critical for everyone, from all walks of life, to get the chance to be educated on the importance of what it means and requires to build a healthy and happy life. As a young, curious person who enjoys seeking new knowledge, studying Health and Wellbeing has already provided me with so much to help me learn about myself and the world around me. Currently, I am grateful to take on opportunities such as Health Promotions Project Officer at Happiness Co Foundation, as well as my Private rank within the Army Reserves. These positions have, and continue to help me develop in an array of areas, particularly leadership, discipline, respect, service, courage, integrity and excellence. What I have found so far is that the more I can grow in these areas through experience, the better I am able to work with my team to further create value in others lives so we can help shape future communities that are balanced and more equipped to deal with the inevitable struggles of life. I'm excited to see where these opportunities will take me in the years to come, but right now I'm focused on doing my best to contribute to a movement that continues to gain momentum and impacts the world in a beautiful way.
