My foundation in Fashion Design and Brand Management, acquired from the University for the Creative Arts in Rochester, Kent, became an invaluable asset to my employer at the time. Recognising my potential and the depth of insight I brought to the table, my employer supported my pursuit of further education, leading me to undertake a Master's in Marketing at DBS. This academic pursuit opened new doors, allowing me to step into the realm of digital marketing as a Digital Champion while completing my studies. This role not only honed my skills in the digital space but also deepened my understanding of the strategic aspects of marketing within the fashion industry. It was a period of intense learning and professional growth, setting the stage for my next leap. Joining Hall Recruitment as the Marketing Manager marked a significant transition in my career, moving from the specific focus of fashion and retail into the broader, dynamic field of recruitment.
