About Thomas Oneill

Thomas P. O’Neill is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Financial Institutions Group at Lincoln Financial Distributors, Inc.(LFD), the wholesaling distribution organization for Lincoln Financial Group. O’Neill is responsible for driving strategic direction for new business development and relationship management to ensure superior client experiences and strong partnerships through Lincoln’s portfolio of compelling services and solutions. O’Neill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial Group, he served as the President of AEGON Financial Services Group, Inc, Financial Institution Division, where he was chiefly responsible for leveraging AEGON’s broad-based investment expertise with large financial institutions, developing and strengthening distribution relationships with key institutional partners. He formerly served on the Boards of The National Aquarium in Baltimore, Transamerica Life of New York, Transamerica Mutual Funds; is a Member of the Board of The Robert Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins University; and, is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the Cal Ripken Senior Foundation and the American Ireland Fund, New York. O'Neill is an alumni of Seton Hall University.
