Background

About Thomas Parackal

My experience spans Engineering and Professional Services as well as financial management roles. Beginning as an engineer and after several years of experience in implementing turnkey projects I stepped into the Financial Management services industry excited by the strategic role that Finance and Accounting could play in driving business performance and growth. At Insight Consultants I had the opportunity to pioneer what is now the Financial Management Services business unit to serve the Finance Organization of SMEs enabling decision-makers with actionable insights derived from their financial data. On a day-to-day basis I leverage multi-disciplinary experience to help clients in North America Australia and Asia to optimize talent workflow and cost using appropriate technology and offshore talent. I lead a team of finance accounting and information technology professionals based out of two locations in India. I believe in serving with a focus on outcome and value. Unforeseen disruptions are paradigm-altering and invite us to look beyond mere outsourcing and consider the potential of teamwork and collaboration on digital platforms and digitized workflows. The FMS team at Insight Consultants was fashioned to bring this to reality. Open to receiving inquiries on this front. Cheers Thomas
