I progressively advanced to leadership positions, heading business units and guiding diverse teams through digital transformation initiatives. In recent years, I’ve built and scaled service lines in the healthcare and life sciences space, with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and client engagement. My expertise spans data center operations, system architecture, IT service management, and compliance-driven IT solutions. Currently, I serve as Head of IT Services & Operations at CWS Hygiene International, where I lead efforts to digitize and streamline critical business processes across multiple markets.
