I am the Director of Development at Buddy's Home Furnishings, and am responsible for the management for all the personnel in the department, and the creation and maintenance of all software development that happens for the company - whether it be in-house or by third-parties. My department produces quality software and solves difficult problems at a remarkable pace. I cannot take all the credit for this as I have some talented and dedicated people working for me - but I will take some. Under my guidance, the development department has produced a large volume of quality software and database solutions that have saved the company a lot of money, reduced resource requirements, increased accuracy, and increased revenue.
