I manage the Corporate Recruiting Team serving the North American division of Refresco. Refresco is a highly specialized global beverage manufacturer with over employees worldwide and an annual revenue of $4.5+ billion. We serve a broad range of national and international retailers and Global, National and Emerging (GNE) brands. Our products are distributed worldwide from our production sites in Europe, North America, and Australia. Although our own branding may not appear on the labels of the beverages we produce, there is a good chance you are reading this while sipping one of our drinks. I take a different approach to the typical recruiting process. I invest time with candidates on the front end to ensure I have a deep understanding of what someone wants in their next position to provide a more consultative approach to a job search.
