Prior to that, I was Creative Director and Partner at Verbal+Visual, where I led a team of UX and visual designers in delivering premium digital experiences. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, timelines, and design execution while mentoring designers and elevating the standard of our craft.
